Crystal Brame remained in serious condition Friday, representatives of her attorney and of Harborview Medical Center said.
She has been unconscious since she was shot in the head April 26 by her estranged husband, Tacoma Police Chief David Brame.
Thursday, her attorney said she was able to squeeze people's hands when requested, move her left arm and right leg a small amount in response to sound and touch, and open one eye.
