I’m all for hearing both sides of any story on your opinion page, but let’s hear it from rational folks on both sides.

John Yoo (Viewpoint, 5-14) shredded our beloved Constitution in his effort to add torture to Dick Cheney’s bag of tricks. Now he’s trying to tell President Obama not to pick activist judges.

That’s an unusual opinion from the guy who counseled that torture was legal for the same gang that brought us some of our most activist Supreme Court judges.
