GLENN BECK: Facts don’t support suicide story

Re: your article on the death of Glenn Beck’s mother (TNT, 9-26).
I was left amazed that Beck would tell the world his mother committed suicide when there is no evidence of that. His mother’s death was tragic, and he was at a very tough age for that to have happened.
According to details in the article, there is a good chance his mother’s death was a result of drinking and maybe foolishness if she decided to go swimming out in Commencement Bay. All of this is bad enough for a family member to come to grips with, but to go beyond the facts and tell everyone it was suicide is completely asinine.
This shows me that Beck likes to make up facts, no matter what, to get attention and have people listen to him even to the extent that he is willing to tarnish his mother’s memory. What is so sad to me is the number of people who believe what he has to say and don’t bother to check out the facts for themselves.
