Referendum 71 will be on the November ballot. I urge many who may still be undecided to vote their conscience – or gut feeling – rather than listening to any of the impassioned arguments coming from either side.
Don’t be swayed by the guilt trip arguments from gay activists claiming that legal representation of their sexual orientation is on par with the civil rights movement. Simply vote on this issue as a matter of taste and common decency.
Looking at same-sex relationships in this light will show how a distinctly vocal minority is trying to force acceptance of a lifestyle that most of us cannot swallow simply because it is distasteful.
