OBAMA: Time needed to undo Bush legacy
I have read at least two letters in the past week suggesting that President Obama is not ready to be president. I submit the similarity of the letters alone suggest they come from some Republican talking points memo.
One suggested that he has blamed President Bush enough (2-7). I disagree. Bush left this country in such unsound financial shape that it will take years to undo his legacy. He reduced tax intake and started two wars. As he left office, the country was on course for the greatest financial crisis since the Great Depression.
It took roughly eight years to recover from the Depression. President Obama has had one. Enough said.
