FESTIVALS & FAIRS
North Mason Rotary Club sponsors annual Taste of Hood Canal 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday in Downtown Belfair on Clifton Lane. It will feature an expanded custom and classic car show, beer and wine tasting, specialities from local restaurants, live family entertainment, arts and crafts, and more. If you’re into beads, then the Beauty in the Bead road show in Silverdale is where you’ll want to be. Get a chance to see some dramatic driving at the Xtreme Drift Circuit National Event this weekend. There will also be a car show and several rounds of competition. Journey back to 1855 at Fort Nisqually and learn about why the Fur Brigades from east of the Cascades camped here.
