• Get a chance to learn from some of the best glass workers at the Make Your Own Glass: Bead Making Workshop today at the Museum of Glass, 1801 E. Dock St., Tacoma. Flame-worker Keiko leads participants in the art of making a unique glass bead with glass rods and a torch. Workshops are from 10:30-4:30 p.m. and begin at the bottom of the hour; last session begins at 3:30 p.m. Cost is $32-$38.
• Daniel Tosh has been plying his comedy since 1996, getting his career break in 2001 with a performance on the “Late Show with David Letterman.” But you’ll know him these days from his Comedy Central show “Tosh.0.” He will be performing two stand-up shows – at 7 and 10 p.m. – Monday at the Temple Theater, 47 St. Helens, Tacoma. Tickets are $45 through Ticketmaster.
• Remember to mark your calendar for the monthly Tacoma ArtWalk on Thursday. Museums and galleries will be open late with free admission to the museums from 5-8 p.m. in downtown Tacoma.
