Sue Gorman, who was mauled in 2007 by two pit bulls in her Wauna home on the Key Peninsula, talked about her experience Monday in the office of her attorney, Mike McKasy.
In the foreground is a photo that was taken in the ambulance after the attack.
She was awarded $2.2 million last week in a lawsuit against the dog owners and Pierce County.
The pit bulls entered Gorman's bedroom and attacked her service dog, Misty.
Corman awoke and was mauled when she tried to get the dogs off Misty.
