ACCOUNTING

Ryan Jorgenson & Limoli, an accounting firm in Gig Harbor, has recently hired Deborah Horst as a staff accountant. She will work in preparation of tax returns and assistance with auditing and attestation. Horst has a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington Tacoma.

ADVERTISING

Camille St. Onge has joined JayRay of Tacoma as an adviser. She has a background in commercial lending, retail banking, health insurance and association business. She has studied digital design at Pierce College and most recently worked at the Washington Restaurant Association, Olympia, where she led the media relations team.

BANKING/FINANCE

Union Bank of Tacoma has recently named Solita Locsin as vice president, personal trust administrator of the private bank overseeing trust and estate services. Before joining the bank, Locsin was vice president and senior trust administrator for Key Private Banking and has more than 20 years of trust management experience.

REAL ESTATE

Keller Williams Realty Tacoma has announced the addition of staff.

Carola Howard joins the firm as a real estate broker. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and more than 10 years’ experience.

Courtney Cunningham is also a new real estate broker for the office. She has property management experience and works with foreclosures.

Gloria Churchill has joined the Prodigy Team of the firm as a real estate broker. She is a buyer’s agent and has 11 years’ experience in Pierce County and surrounding areas. Churchill is a certified new home professional, certified residential specialist, Washington State Finance Commission Home Key Instructor and relocation specialist.

FREIGHT/CARGO

Jeff LePage has been promoted to vice president, chief technology officer for American Fast Freight in Fife. He is primarily responsible for system designed used in the firm’s freight management, operations, pricing, billing and rating departments, as well as successfully implementing freight management and business solutions for subsidiary companies. Most recently, he spearheaded the creation of an industry-leading suite of technologies found in the company’s release of FastTrax. LePage has been the director of MIS for more than18 years and began his information technology career early, starting at Atlantic Richfield at the age of 15 as a placement through the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
