HOW TO DO THE PUYALLUP
Hours: 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday.
Admission: $11 adults, $9 seniors (62 and over) and students (age 6-18); free 5 and under. Discount tickets at Safeway, Walgreens, South Hill Mall, Fred Meyer.
Transportation: The fair has yellow Puyallup Fair Express buses that start running at 9:15 a.m. from four Park & Ride lots every 20 to 30 minutes: South Hill Mall, Lakewood Towne Center (behind Barnes & Noble), Tacoma Mall and River Road/Fourth St. N.W. (adjacent to K-Mart parking lot). Fares are cash only: $4 round-trip, $3 one-way, and free for children 23 months and younger on adult’s lap. There’s no Pierce Transit Fair Express service this year.
Parking: $12 Saturday-Sunday, $10 Monday-Friday.
