Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson left Sunday's 36-25 victory over the New York Giants with a sprained right pectoral muscle. He'll have an MRI on Monday.
Jackson took off for an 11-yard rush on Seattle's second possession of the second quarter, but when he got up he was favoring his right shoulder.
Jackson had completed 15-of-22 passes for 166 yards, a touchdown and an interception before leaving with the injury.
Charlie Whitehurst took over at quarterback for the Seahawks and completed 11- of-19 passes for 149 yards, including the go-ahead score in the fourth quarter.
