The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help finding a convicted sex offender who hasn’t checked in with law enforcement in more than a year.
Andre T. Taylor, 37, was convicted of second-degree rape and deemed a Level 2 sex offender, meaning he is considered at moderate risk to reoffend.
He’s been convicted three times of failing to register as a sex offender and last checked in with law enforcement in July 2010.
He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
