The state DOT closed three lanes of northbound Interstate 5 in Southcenter for emergency road repairs, leaving two lanes open for drivers.

The state DOT closed three lanes of northbound Interstate 5 in Southcenter today for emergency road repairs, leaving two lanes open for drivers.

The closure, which began at noon, is from South 188th Street to just north of the Interstate 405 interchange. The mainline and HOV ramps from southbound I-405 to northbound I-5 also will be closed.
