CONSTRUCTION
Magnan Consulting Services Inc. of Puyallup has hired Donald Casad as its marketing manager for business development. He is responsible for enhancing the marketing and operational excellence of the construction inspection and document control capabilities. Casad has more than 35 years of experience in civil engineering, inspection, site development, project and property management, Total Quality Management, forensic inspection, and feasibility and environmental assessment.

Liz Totten was recently named designated broker with Keller Williams Realty in Puyallup. She has more than 20 years of industry experience and was a branch manager with John L. Scott, a designated broker with Gateway Realty, a real estate school administrator and instructor with Real Estate Results and Owner/Designated Broker at RE/MAX.

Benis Dawkins is a certified expert on distressed property, short sales and bank-owned sales. He has 11 years’ experience and was previously with John L. Scott and Windermere.
Greg Fredericksen has experience dealing with short sales, foreclosures and REOs.
Leslie Rose joins the firm with five years’ experience.
AWARDS/RECOGNITION
Maureen Peterson, a therapist at HopeSparks Family Services in Tacoma, has received the Spirit of the Alliance award by the Alliance for Children and Families, a national association of nonprofit human service organizations. The award recognizes a direct service staff member’s commitment to his or her agency and his or her dedication to serving children, families, and communities.
Marie Barth, of Allen Realtors in Lakewood, has been awarded the Performance Management Network Designation by the Women’s Council of Realtors, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
The designation covers negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning and systems, personal performance management and cultural differences in buying and selling.
