Sound Community Bank of Tacoma has recently hired Mark Weick in the position of loan account executive. He has more than 20 years’ experience in community banking and has held various loan related positions.
HEALTH CARE
Dr. Harpreet Kaur has been hired as a full-time physicians in Life Care Centers of America’s Garden Terrace Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence in Federal Way. She will provide patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
Kaur’s presence in the nursing home will enhance physician accessibility to patients and families and she will help with hospital transitions and pharmacy communications. She earned a medical degree from Goa Medical College in India and is board-certified in internal medicine.
HOSPITALITY
Rebecca Magyar has recently been hired as the director of private events for Canterwood Golf & Country Club in Gig Harbor. She will be responsible for event planning, sales for auctions, golf tournaments and weddings. She will be marketing to the general public, members of the club, nonprofits and corporate clients in the Puget Sound area.
Magyar has 12 years’ experience in planning, sales and management of events and catering in the South Sound.
REAL ESTATE
DuPont Realty and Property Management has recently added Diane Heath as a real estate broker. She has a bachelor’s degree.
