CAMP COOKING
4th annual Sportsmen’s chili cook-off Jan. 12
The Idaho Department of Fish and Game will host the cook-off at the Jerome Regional Office, 324 S. 417 East, U.S. 93 Business Park, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Participants are invited to bring their favorite chili or just come and sample the different flavors and talk with F&G staff about current issues.
“It is a great event,” said Jerome Hansen, F&G regional supervisor. “Last year we had over 20 chili entries and more that 60 sportsmen attended. Ever year it just continues to get bigger and better.”
After the feed, Fish and Game Department staff will provide updates on the Blair Fire and the Idaho Wildlife Summit.
For more information on the cook off, call the Magic Valley Regional Office at (208) 324-4359.
