A 41-year-old Olympia man died Saturday night after a one-car accident on Libby Road Northeast in Olympia.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Douglas L. Slosson was headed southbound on Libby Road in a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer around 7:15 p.m. when his vehicle left the roadway to the right in the 5400 block. The Blazer struck a tree and came to rest on its top.
Slosson was not wearing a seat belt, the State Patrol said. He died at Providence St. Peter Hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the State Patrol.
