PASCO -- Pasco School District's Migrant and Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee's annual conference will be from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
The Parent Advisory Committee supports the district's mission by facilitating the input of parents of children enrolled in the migrant and/or bilingual programs.
The conference is organized by parents for parents, and informative sessions are presented in Spanish.
Session topics range from preparing preschoolers for kindergarten to guiding families through the college application process.
There also will be sessions on internet security, family literacy and community-oriented policing.
The conference will be at Pasco High School, 1108 N. 10th Ave. For more information call 543-6723, ext. 2133.
