Two helicopters and a plane have joined 40 people on the ground as the search continues today for four people stranded on Mount Rainier for more than a week.
A break in the weather this morning has allowed helicopter from Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Northwest Helicopters and Washington State Patrol plane to search the upper mountain, said Mount Rainier National Park spokeswoman Patti Wold.
