• Tacoma Home & Garden Show opens today: 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and runs through Sunday at the Tacoma Dome, 2727 E. D St., Tacoma. $10 adults; $8 seniors (62 and older on weekdays only); free to children 16 and under. 253-756-2121, otshows.com.
• Washington Sportsmen’s Show also opens today at noon and runs through Sunday at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center, 110 Ninth St. S.W., Puyallup. $12 for adults, $5 for juniors (6-16 years old) and free to children 5 and under, thesportshows.com/wss/.
