The new Children’s Museum of Tacoma is free for all (or at least pay what you can), which should be celebration enough for those of us looking for fun stuff for our kids. The new space provides physical excitement and sensory stimulation for kids of all ages, even teenagers.
But that’s not all: The museum also is offering a new series of its Play to Learn sessions free at various community locations.
Play to Learn is designed for parents, grandparents, neighbors, family and friends who nurture and care for children ages 6 and younger. Each week’s theme offers individual play, group activities, songs and circle time for children and adults to enjoy together, giving kids some great playtime and teaching adults how kids learn through constructive play.
Here are the times and locations.
