The state Department of Natural Resources has rescheduled an open house on the Snoqualmie Corridor Recreation Plan for Wednesday. The original meeting was postponed by bad weather and road conditions.
The agency is planning for the future of recreation on 53,000 acres of state trust lands, natural areas and other lands it manages along the Snoqualmie corridor in eastern King County.
The open house is the kick off for the planning process and to get feedback from citizens. The first part of the open house will be a brief presentation by staff on the planning process. The public will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas about recreation in a “listening station” format.
The meeting will be 7-9 p.m. at Snoqualmie Middle School, Commons Room, 9200 Railroad Ave. S.E., Snoqualmie. For directions, go to g.co/maps/nbdtm.
