Elva Brandt, and fellow dog walker Dan Wetsch enjoyed the warmer weather and sunny skies Friday morning to take their dogs out and about in downtown Gig Harbor.

Their dogs, "Cricket, a 3-year-old Carin Terrier, and "Vinny," a 14-year-old Urban Terrier, are good friends and enjoy visiting with other dogs and their human friends on their daily walks around Gig Harbor.

"You just walk the dogs and meet others with their dogs," Brandt said.

"We're part of the regular walkers. The dogs know all of the other dogs."

Brandt and Wetsch love getting in some exercise and talking with their fellow regular walkers and their pups. With sunny skies forecast for this weekend, the weather from the past weeks makes venturing outside even more enjoyable.
