The Ferndale Public Market is looking for new farmers, crafters and producers for its fifth season, which runs April 21 to Oct. 13.
The market is in Ferndale's Centennial Riverwalk Park, adjacent to the Nooksack River, and has more than 20,000 square feet of available space and parking.
Vendor categories include farm goods, artisans, prepared food, health and beauty, and resellers of eco-friendly and regional farm goods. New for 2012, one Saturday each month, the market has added young entrepreneur and community rummage sale categories.
For vendor information and applications, call Emily Marrs at (253) 820-7195 or go to ferndalepublicmarket.org. Applications also can be picked up at the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce on 2nd Avenue.
Ferndale Public Market also will post updates to special events planned for 2012 on its Facebook page.
