Colette Gall had 11 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Falcons in the loss.

After leading 23-19 at halftime, Hanford was outscored 16-7 in the third quarter, and Eastmont held on for the victory. Nikki Gilbert led the Wildcats with 15 points.

While Eastmont (16-5) moves on to face undefeated Kamiakin for the district title, Hanford

(10-12) will host Sunnyside (11-11) on Friday.

"We beat them twice in the regular season, but it's playoff basketball, so all those previous meetings don't necessarily count too much," Hanford coach Evan Woodward said.
