The Family Resource Center is selling Valentine's Day balloon bouquets to raise money.
The balloon bouquet, which includes one Mylar balloon and six latex balloons, is $9. A box of six rose cupcakes is $9. The price of a balloon bouquet and a box of cupcakes is $16.
The items will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the center, 1 E. First Ave., Kennewick.
The center helps families who have children with special needs. Services include support groups and aid for finding resources within the community for children.
