Todd Beamer’s Scott Sunitsch held SPSL South host Rogers to three hits over five innings for a 1-0 win.
Washington’s Andre Dixon hit a bases-loaded single in the bottom of the seventh to bring home the tying and winning runs, giving the Patriots a 5-4 SPSL 2A win over Eatonville.
Stadium’s Tyler Stumph hit a triple, double and drove in three runs and give the Tigers a 6-5 home win against 4A Narrows rival Bellarmine Prep.
Charles Wright’s Nate Mondou had two hits including a double in the Tarriers’ 4-3 win over 1A Nisqually host Cascade Christian.
In girls tennis, the Wilson doubles team of Khanh Ha Nguyen and Michelle Pierce helped the Rams sweep the doubles matches to cap a 3-2 win over 3A Narrows foe Yelm.
In SPSL 2A action, Eatonville’s Lauren Pate sailed to a singles win, giving the Cruisers a 3-2 victory over Fife.
White River’s Courtney Hall never dropped a game to guide the Hornets to a 3-2 win over Franklin Pierce.
Lincoln’s Francis Mukoiko and Christian Trujillo each scored once to force a 2-2 tie against Capital in Narrows 3A boys soccer.
Decatur’s Michael Klavuhn scored four goals in the Gators’ 5-1 win over SPSL 3A league foe Auburn Mountainview, clinching the conference title.
Rodrigo Fernandez’s goal and Mark Monteiro’s shutout gave White River a 1-0 road victory over Eatonville in a SPSL 2A match.
