 • As part of the Orchestra Series, “Drum Taps: Nine Poems on Themes of War” will be presented tonight by the Pacific Lutheran University Symphony Orchestra. Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto will also be performed. Tonight at 8 at Lagerquist Concert Hall, Mary Baker Russell Music Center, PLU, Tacoma.     Hanford High's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has sold out all three performances for Feb. 8-9, so director Matt Leggett added another performance for tonight at 7 p.m. in the school's auditorium, 450 Hanford St., Richland.
