• It’s festival season, and the Northwest Folklife Festival is kicking it off this weekend. The free event features more than 800 acts across 25 stages, celebrating all forms of cultural expression. • Community theater is a strong component of the local arts scene. Check out “Happy Days, a New Musical” as it ends its run this weekend. • Rock out with Creedence Clearwater Revisited at their 8:30 concert tonight at the Emerald Queen Casino, 2024 E. 29th St., Tacoma. Tickets are 25-$65 and are available through Ticketmaster.
