Check out boardwalk at Morse Preserve
Participants can walk among the varied habitats when the Tahoma Audubon Society holds an open trails day at the Morse Wildlife Preserve in Graham.
The event will be 1-4 p.m. June 10.
The event is a chance for the public to explore the foot trails and new boardwalk at the preserve. The boardwalk was completed by volunteers last December. Hikers can discover distinct habitats, which include upland forest, riparian, prairies and wetlands.
The event is held on the second Sunday of each month between April and October.
The preserve is located at 25415 70th Ave. E., Graham. For directions or more information, call 253-565-9278 Mondays-Saturdays or visit morsewildlifepreserve.org.
