• With a history steeped in the water, boating and everything related, the Maritime Gig Festival celebrates those roots at its annual festival featuring the Fun Run, the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast, the Grand Parade, the Round Rock Contest, music and entertainment, food vendors, historic boat displays, and loads of children’s activities. Hours are 8 a.m.-9 tonight and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday in historic downtown Gig Harbor. Admission is free.
