Six people were forced from their house Wednesday night in Tacoma after a fire caused significant damage.
The blaze was reported at 8:10 p.m. in the 1300 block of South 13th Street. Firefighters arrived to find flames and heavy smoke coming from the front of the 1,224-square-foot home.
It took roughly 10 minutes for crews to extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported, but fire officials said the damage to the house was extensive. No cause has been established.
