    A workshop about how to start and maintain a community garden is at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Kennewick Senior Center, 500 S. Auburn St.

    The Tri-City Rose Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Sandberg Event Center on Van Giesten Street in West Richland.
