Ruston Way encounters delay, but road will likely be open by July 4

The drum roll continues for Ruston Way’s reopening through Point Ruston.

Point Ruston developer Mike Cohen had hoped to pull down the barriers and open the road to public traffic earlier this month, but a new legal requirement is keeping new street sequestered.
