Firefighters save dog, cat from Lacey apartment fire Sunday night

Firefighters responded to a Lacey apartment fire Sunday evening at 2633 Wilderness Drive Southeast.

None of the residents were home during the blaze. Firefighters rescued a dog and a cat from the building, and extinguished the flames within 10 minutes of arriving, a spokesperson for Lacey Fire said.
