Jamie Moyer likely to pitch this week in Tacoma

The Toronto Blue Jays recently signed left-hander Jamie Moyer to a minor league contract. The ultra-veteran pitcher will join the Blue Jays affiliate – the Las Vegas 51s on Wednesday in Tacoma.

The Toronto Blue Jays recently signed left-hander Jamie Moyer to a minor league contract. The ultra-veteran pitcher will join the Blue Jays affiliate – the Las Vegas 51s on Wednesday in Tacoma.

With the way the pitching match-ups stand, Moyer will throw a game during the four-game series at Cheney Stadium. And there’s a high chance that Moyer will start Thursday when Mariners top prospect Danny Hultzen makes his home debut.
