Drugs or alcohol were involved in a two-car crash that injured six on Summit Lake Road in Thurston County about 6 p.m. Wednesday, Washington State Patrol troopers said.

A vehicle approaching state Route 8 on Summit Lake Road failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit on the driver’s side by a vehicle going west on SR 8, according to the Washington State Patrol.
