“At this point, it’s a recovery, unless he’s on the shoreline somewhere,” sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said. “We’ve searched the shorelines and not found him. Unfortunately, we think it’s probably a recovery at this point.”

Divers searched Spanaway Lake on Sunday for the body of a man reported to be the first weather-related drowning victim of the season for Pierce County deputies, after an inner tube he was riding flipped.
Missing survivalist Scott Garrow is alive and well, according to the Thurston County Sheriff's Department. He is in a wilderness area in Lewis County and said he left of his own free will.

NORTH BEND — About 50 search and rescue volunteers combed the Mount Si area near North Bend on Friday in search of a skydiver who went missing Thursday.
The state Department of Natural Resources has announced the Mount Si parking lot is closed until further notice. The parking area is being used by the King County Sheriff’s Office search and rescue efforts involving a missing skydiver.
