A fire that damaged or destroyed nearly 80 storage units in Auburn has been ruled arson, according to the Valley Regional Fire Authority.

No one has been arrested, and fire officials have not released details about how Wednesday’s blaze was started.

The four-alarm fire required 70 or so firefighters from several agencies to extinguish the flames, which were contained to a single building at Auburn Way South Storage.

One firefighter suffered a minor injury in the blaze. Damages were still being assessed.
