Suspect in custody after standoff at Federal Way condo

A suspect was taken into custody this afternoon after an hours-long standoff in Federal Way. The SWAT team was called to a condo when a man wanted for arson barricaded himself inside.

A condominium building in Federal Way has been evacuated as police continue an hours-long standoff with a man wanted for arson.

Police said they know who the man is, but did not identify him other than to say that he has a felony warrant for his arrest out of Pierce County.
