Tacoma singer discusses exiting 'The Glee Project,' move to L.A.

A day after Tacoma singer Nellie Veitenheimer was dropped from the “The Glee Project,” the newly minted reality show star was back in Tacoma wrapping up her life and getting ready for a permanent move to Los Angeles next week.

A day after Tacoma singer Nellie Veitenheimer was dropped from the “The Glee Project” the newly minted reality show star was back in Tacoma wrapping up her life and getting ready for a permanent move to Los Angeles next week.

Until her debut on the Oxygen Network’s show the 20-year-old was working at a Starbucks near Pacific Lutheran University and singing in a band. Now, she’s headed to Tinseltown for a career in music or acting. Or both.
