Sex offender accused of 1995 rape of Buckley girl

A convicted sex offender is expected to be arraigned Thursday on charges that he sexually assaulted a little girl in 1995 and left her in a wooded area in Buckley.
Pierce County prosecutors have charged Donald Schneider, 53, with first-degree rape of a child and first-degree rape.
