They are from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday and 6-8 p.m. Aug. 7. Both will be at the Seabury lower school campus, 1801 53rd St. N.E., Tacoma.

Seabury School participated in a Hunger Walk last fall in conjunction with Associated Ministries and St. Leo’s Food Connection.
The state Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction recently released its list of statewide school performance in low-income schools, as required by the federal government. The list covers schools that receive federal Title I funding, which goes to high-poverty schools.
HERMISTON -- Hermiston School District's annual musical festival is today.
The festival begins at 7 p.m. in the Hermiston High School gym, 600 S. First, Hermiston.
The event will showcase performances from the band and choir groups of the high school and Sandstone and Armand Larive middle schools.
Andrea Landes will be the new principal at Emerald Hills Elementary School this fall. She has worked for the Sumner School District since 2008.
Greg Eisnaugle, co-principal at Lincoln High School since 2008, will lead Tacoma Public Schools’ newest innovation — the Reengagement and Graduation Support Center — beginning July 1. He will work on identifying and supporting students who dropped out of school or fell off their graduation path, with a goal of getting them back on track.
