Japanese airline grounding some Boeing Dreamliners

Japan’s All Nippon Airways is grounding three of its new Boeing 787 Dreamliners because of potential problems with their engines.

Japan’s All Nippon Airways is grounding three of its new Boeing 787 Dreamliners because of potential problems with their engines.

Aviation Week reports today that the Japanese carrier, launch customer for the Dreamliner, has repaired two of the five Dreamliners affected by the issue in their Rolls Royce engines, but will need more time to fix three others.
