Two local students awarded National Merit Scholarships
An additional 2,000 National Merit Scholarships financed by colleges and universities were announced recently. Selected from the finalists from the National Merit Scholarship Program, the winners will receive financial aid for up to four years of undergraduate work.
The following local students received scholarships: Nicole Ebalo, Charles Wright Academy, from Washington University, St. Louis; and Corbin Foster, Olympia High School, from Tufts University, Boston.
