In return, the Rangers sent centers Brandon Dubinsky and Artem Anisimov, defenseman Tim Erixon and a first-round pick next year to Columbus. … The Brooklyn Nets signed fomer Sonics guard C.J. Watson to back up Deron Williams at point guard. Watson averaged 11.3 points and 4.6 assists for Chicago last season playing for injured star Derrick Rose. … English Premier League club Everton says it has agreed to sell Australian midfielder Tim Cahill to the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer.
