Watson to back up Deron Williams at point guard. Watson averaged 11.3 points and 4.6 assists for Chicago last season playing for injured star Derrick Rose. … English Premier League club Everton says it has agreed to sell Australian midfielder Tim Cahill to the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer.
