NFL: Lions boot Berry after his 2nd arrest
The Detroit Lions cut cornerback Aaron Berry, two days after he was arrested for the second time this offseason
Berry was arrested in Harrisburg, Pa., Saturday and charged with simple assault after brandishing a weapon. Berry, who is from Harrisburg, was also arrested in that area June 23 on suspicion of DUI, failure to stop and render aid from an accident and other counts.
