Sex Offender Registrations
The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.
Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender – those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.
All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department’s website at www.piercesheriff.org.
William C. Baillie
Age: 33.
Description: 5 feet 11 and 198 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Where registered to live: 1100 block of South 45th Street in Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1994 of first-degree child rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old boy that his sister was baby-sitting.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program.

Kyle T. Gebhardt
Age: 21.
Description: 6 feet 5 and 250 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: Transient in Pierce County.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2011 of communication with a minor for immoral purposes in Pierce County after he sexually assaulted a teenage boy he didn’t know. Convicted in 2007 of indecent liberties in Thurston County after exposing himself to a teenage boy he knew. Gebhardt was 17 at the time. Convicted in 2003 of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion in Pierce County after he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy. Gebhardt was 12 at the time.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program.

Aaron G. Brown
Age: 50.
Description: 6 feet 3 and 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 1200 block of South Ainsworth Avenue in Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1990 of second-degree sexual misconduct with a minor and permitting prostitution in Pierce County after sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and forcing her into prostitution. Also convicted in 1993 of second-degree assault with sexual motivation in Pierce County after assaulting a teenage girl.
Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program.
