 • Friends United to Shelter the Indigent, Oppressed and Needy hods its annual art event, Moulin Rouge FUSION Summer Art Soiree, to support its transitional housing program. The program captures turn-of-the-century Paris, features an art walk, entertainment, live and silent auctions, and raffle. 3-9 p.m. at Dumas Bay Centre, 3200 S.W.
