For $10 tomorrow, aspiring business owners in Tacoma and beyond can have a beer and a bratwurst and mingle with other potential entrepreneurs.
The William Factory Small Business Incubator is sponsoring the Aug. 9 event at its offices, 1423 East 29th St., from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The gathering will be held on the fourth floor terrace, overlooking Commencement Bay.
